The BCMA IBPOC Museum Professionals Network is excited to bring in-person Tea and Talk sessions to locations across BC in 2023! Our eighth stop will be in Haida Gwaii at the Haida Heritage Centre

IBPOC Network sessions are regarded as safe spaces for all British Columbians who identify as IBPOC museum, heritage, and cultural professionals. Please be mindful to give space to one another and respect diverse perspectives and experiences.

Tea and Talk On the Road - Haida Gwaii

Time: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Location: Haida Heritage Centre, Ḵay Llnagaay, Skidegate, Haida Gwaii, V0T 1S1. 

Cost: Free

Please note, this session is specifically for cultural professionals and volunteers who identify as Indigenous, Black, or a Person of Colour. Thank you for respecting this affinity space. You do not have to be a BCMA member to register for this event. While this event is included as part of our 2023 Gathering schedule, you do not have to be a Gathering delegate to attend. Registration is not required but does help our team plan for dietary and accessibility needs as indicated by filling out the form that is part of the registration process.
