Tax Season for Queer Artists | February 20, 12:00 - 1:00 pm

Arts and maths famously go together like oil and water, leaving many artists feeling lost, frustrated, and vaguely hopeless whenever tax season comes around. This is where Sarah Peace comes in. With a degree in accounting, and years of entrepreneurial experience with her own artistic practice, she aims to marry these two complex subjects, and help her fellow artists prepare for their income taxes this winter. In this session, we will go over self-employed income, which expenses are eligible for deductions, and more!
