Join us for Part 6 of our “Cultivating Careers” series!

Wednesday, November 8

12:00 -1:30 PM (PST)

Any cultural professionals who identify as Indigenous, Black, or a Person of Colour (IBPOC) are welcome to attend.

Description:

In this professional development session, facilitator Erin Macklem, Program Advisor and Outreach Coordinator at the BC Arts Council, will share tips to improve your grant-writing skills.

Aimed to help you apply for BC Arts Council grants, Erin will provide an overview of the organization, walk us through creating an online profile, explain the peer assessment process, and answer any questions you have about their grants or grant writing in general.

Please bring all your grant writing questions, as we will have ample time to discuss them during this session! If you would like to send in your questions to Erin beforehand, please email them to Network Coordinator Jazmin at communications@museum.bc.ca.

*Please note that this is an IBPOC affinity space, and we encourage participants to have their cameras on to encourage a sense of safety in this session.*

Please note: If you've never registered for a BCMA activity before, you may be asked for an address - no further billing information will be required.
