The BCMA IBPOC Museum Professionals Network is excited to bring back in-person Tea and Talk sessions in 2025! Our first stop will be in Victoria at Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary

This session will be a little different from our usual Tea and Talks, as it's a Network Social! The idea is to get to know each other while connecting with the land. We'll start with drinks and snacks outside, and then go on a guided walk around the sanctuary, led by one of our Network advisors.

IBPOC Network sessions are regarded as accountable spaces for all folks who identify as IBPOC museum, heritage, gallery, and cultural professionals/volunteers/students.

Please come to this space ready to respect the diverse perspectives and experiences that are shared, and open to building peer support networks with each other.

*Please note: we are hosting two events in Victoria this year! Our second is a Tea and Talk at Carr House on October 21.*
