The BCMA IBPOC Museum Professionals Network is excited to bring in-person Tea and Talk sessions to locations across BC in 2023! Our fourth stop will be in Burnaby at the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre.

This session coincides with the Nikkei Garden Farmer’s Market from 10-2pm! Come out to enjoy the market, then join us inside for Tea and Talk – where we’ll provide free tea, coffee, and a few snacks from market vendors. As a special treat, Nikkei Museum staff will also be giving a tour of their new pop-up display.

IBPOC Network sessions are regarded as safe spaces for all British Columbians who identify as IBPOC museum, heritage, and cultural professionals. Please be mindful to give space to one another and respect diverse perspectives and experiences.
