The BC Museums Association (BCMA) recognizes the continued need and desire for digital learning in the arts, culture, and heritage sector. Through Heritage Online (HerO), the BCMA offers organizations the chance to improve their impact online.

This tailored training aims to support you in work such as increasing online and hybrid event attendance, improve social media engagement, and more.

In Part One of this two-part series, attendees will explore the elements of event equipment and logistics in order to maximum attendee satisfaction, staff and budgets, and more.

In Part Two of the series, attendees will be guided through event promotions and digital engagement to increase participation, retain audiences, and more.

Please note this workshop is open to any museum, arts, or cultural institution, professional, volunteer, or student interested in improving their digital engagement in the sector within Nova Scotia.
